
Enrollment Steps for New and Returning Youth
NEW Youth Member Enrollment
Choose a Club: 4-H Clubs in Imperial County
Contact the Club: Contact the club that you are interested in joining. They can give you more information about the club and types of projects they offer.
Create a profile in 4-H Online: 4-H Online is our online enrollment system. You will need a family email to log in to 4-H Online (all family members are grouped together in one family profile). Please use an email address that you will check regularly. This email will be used to send communications to you.

Submit your program fees: Program fees are paid directly to your club at a club meeting.
Get activated: Once the Imperial County 4-H Office staff reviews the enrollment, you will receive an email sent to your Family email account to confirm your enrollment status as Active. Once your membership is active, you can participate in 4-H events and activities!
RETURNING Youth Member Enrollment
Update membership information in 4-H Online : Select the "Enroll Now" for the renewing member. Instructions: 4-H Online Family Enrollment Guide
Update personal information: make sure all of your personal information is up to date, including email address. Email is the primary way you will receive communications outside of club and project meetings.
Update your 4-H participation: The system will automatically upload all club/unit and project information from the previous year. Please remove any clubs/units or projects that you will not be participating in this year and add any new clubs/units or projects that you will participate in this year.

Get activated: Once the county 4-H office reviews the club/unit's enrollments that have been paid, they will activate your enrollment and you will receive and email from the 4-H Online system, sent to the family email account listed in 4-H Online that confirms your enrollment status as Acitve. Once your membership is active, you can start participating in 4-H events and activities!
